Age Verification Policy

1) Eligibility (no minors)

You must be at least 18 years old to use SweepsLobby.com. If a higher minimum age applies to any gambling-related product, venue, or activity in New Zealand (for example, some casino entry rules), you must meet the higher age. We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts or use our services.

2) Age-gating and when we verify

• At sign-up: we require date of birth and a confirmation that you meet the minimum age.
• Ongoing checks: we may run automated and manual checks to detect underage use or inaccurate details.
• Before certain actions: we may require verification before enabling features, awarding or paying prizes/rewards, or when activity indicates higher risk (e.g., mismatched details, unusual account activity, or compliance requests).

3) Information we may request

To confirm your age and identity, we may request one or more of the following:

• Full name, date of birth, and residential address.
• A government-issued photo ID (e.g., New Zealand driver licence, passport, or other accepted ID).
• A selfie or liveness check to match you to your ID (where supported).

4) If you cannot be verified

If we cannot verify your age/eligibility, we may restrict or suspend your account (including limiting access to features and withholding payouts) until verification is completed. If verification is not provided within a reasonable time, we may close the account. Any prizes/rewards may be made unavailable if you are not eligible.

5) Underage accounts

If we believe an account is used by, created by, or for the benefit of a minor, we will take steps that may include immediate restriction, closure, and review of any activity. We may retain certain records where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or compliance purposes.
