Time limits and break planning
Decide your session length before you start. Use breaks to reset, not to “win it back”.
- Set a hard stop: e.g., 20–30 minutes per session.
- Schedule a break: stand up, hydrate, step outside for 5 minutes.
- Avoid late-night play: tiredness increases impulsive decisions.
