Terms of Service

1) Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of SweepsLobby.com (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms and our posted policies.

2) Eligibility (NZ / Age)

• You must be located in New Zealand and at least 18 years old.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• We may verify eligibility and refuse service where required.

3) Social casino; virtual currency

• Games are for entertainment only and use virtual coins/credits.
• Virtual currency has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash or items of value, and is not a prize.
• Virtual currency is non-transferable and may be modified, limited, or removed to maintain the Service.

4) Purchases, billing, refunds

• Optional in-app purchases may be offered; prices are shown at checkout and may include GST where applicable.
• Payments are processed via the applicable app store/platform; their terms also apply.
• All sales are final unless required by New Zealand law or the platform’s refund policy. Unauthorised chargebacks may result in suspension or termination.

5) Accounts & acceptable use

• Keep login details confidential; you’re responsible for activity on your account.
• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, reverse engineer, harass others, or disrupt the Service.
• We may remove content and restrict features to protect users and the Service.

6) Promotions

Any promotions are subject to additional rules disclosed with the promotion. We may modify, suspend, or end promotions where permitted.

7) Intellectual property

The Service, games, and all associated content are owned by or licensed to SweepsLobby Limited. You receive a personal, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for lawful entertainment purposes only.

8) Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” and may be unavailable, error-prone, or changed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law (including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where applicable).

9) Suspension, termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you breached these Terms, created risk, or to comply with law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and virtual currency may be forfeited where permitted.

10) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
